1. Assortment of three appetizers
・Jellyfish with Hyuga Summer Flavor
・Stewed pork and pumpkin
・Sadowara eggplant and drooling chicken
2. Shunpin: Miyazaki amberjack and Norwegian salmon wrapped in crepe with spicy sesame sauce
3. Crabmeat and Shark Fin Soup *Can be changed to "Shahoden Specialty Sea Urchin and Shark Fin Soup" for an additional 330 yen
4. Miyazaki beef stir-fried with touchi sauce ~steamed with lotus leaves~
5. Stir-fried Sadowara eggplant and dried radish
6. Nagasaki conger eel and garlic stewed in a clay pot
