"The bounty of Kochi in early summer - A seasonal feast of the sea, mountains and countryside" Kochi Prefecture overlooks the majestic Pacific Ocean and is home to many clear streams that originate in the Shikoku Mountains, including the Shimanto River.It is also blessed with abundant nature and a warm tropical climate with more than 2,000 hours of sunshine per year.We will prepare a course using seasonal vegetables and seafood from Kochi Prefecture.

1. Assortment of five types of appetizers

[Bitterness] Moray eel and bitter melon jelly

[Sourness] Early summer vegetables pickled in sweet vinegar and yuzu

[Sweet] Candied chicken and cashew nuts

[Salty] Jellyfish with green onion and ginger sauce

[Spicy] Simmered Tosa Black Beef in Mala Sauce

2. Crabmeat and Shark Fin Soup *Can be changed to "Shahoden Specialty Sea Urchin and Shark Fin Soup" for an additional 330 yen

3. Stir-fried wild shrimp and root vegetables in kung fu sauce

4. Braised domestic pork with early summer vegetables

5. Kochi Prefecture whitebait and two kinds of green vegetables stir-fried with garlic

6. Fried noodles with beef and parsley from Kochi Prefecture

7 Assorted Desserts - Raspberry Almond Tofu & Kotobuki Tea Shiratama Dango
